Mengatur dan mengoordinasikan semua penjualan eksklusif, SPG, SMD di distributor; memantau program dan target toko, Perdagangan Modern, Key Account untuk mencapai distribusi dan target penjualan di wilayah/divisi yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. Semua ini dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan.

Tugas Utama:

Administrasi:

  • Membuat pemetaan dan rencana kerja mingguan/itinerary.
  • Mengevaluasi hasil kerja dan laporan distributor (tim Perdagangan Modern, Key Account, Horeka, atau Ritel Tradisional).
  • Membuat laporan kerja SE, SPG, SMD secara harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.

Distribusi:

  • Mengelola rute penjualan agar berjalan efektif, efisien, dan produktif.
  • Memastikan produk dijual di outlet target yang sesuai dengan strategi/SOP perusahaan.
  • Mengembangkan distribusi produk secara vertikal (ukuran drop, produk baru, ketersediaan) dan horizontal (pengembangan jumlah dan jenis outlet sesuai target perusahaan).

Koordinasi:

  • Berkoordinasi dengan atasan jika ada kendala dalam pengaturan.
  • Membina hubungan baik dengan outlet bintang/pareto di wilayah mereka.
  • Menganalisis laporan penjualan untuk menemukan solusi meningkatkan penjualan.

Kontrol:

  • Konfirmasi dan kontrol penerimaan (A/R), plafon, dan kinerja pelanggan.
  • Distribusi produk dan ketersediaan.
  • Kelayakan armada pengiriman.
  • Konfirmasi stok penjualan dan promosi/sampel.
  • Memastikan langkah kunjungan salesman benar/sesuai.

Pelatihan:

  • Mampu melakukan pelatihan berkala untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menjual dan motivasi tim.
