Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Membaca gambar untuk membuat perhitungan volume pekerjaan
  • Mempersiapkan analisa hitungan harga satuan
  • Mendalami isi dokumen tender
  • Mempersiapkan RAB
  • Kontrol pengeluaran biaya proyek
  • Komunikasi formil dengan client dan vendor secara lisan, tertulis dan elektronik

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal S1Teknik Sipil atau sederajat
  • Minimal pengalaman 3 tahun membuat RAB proyek pembangunan di kontraktor ataupun developer. Pengalaman gedung tinggi/high rise diutamakan
  • Kemampuan membaca gambar kerja
  • Menguasai Microsoft office
  • Mengikuti perkembangan regulasi, metode kerja, spesifikasi material, harga pasaran dan aspek lain dalam bidang konstruksi
  • Kemampuan analisa dan negosiasi yang kuat
  • Memliki sifat target-oriented
