Create strategic and tangible action plan to reach all business objective (monthly target, ecomm promotion optimization, etc)....

Main Duties & Responsibilities


  • Create strategic and tangible action plan to reach all business objective (monthly target, ecomm promotion optimization, etc)
  • Manage promotion budget on the managed platforms, create promotion plans and analyze the result to ensure we get the highest return.
  • Manage ecommerce ads based on the given budget each month, create plans on where and how to use the budget to ensure we get good incrementality.
  • Manage seamless daily ecommerce store operations by collaborating internally with other teams. This includes but not limited to SKU management, stock allocation, promotions setup, price updates, etc.
  • Be The Face of The Company to the marketplace representative. Foster good working relationships and in-depth understanding of managed platforms.
  • Lead and work along with other teams to run ecommerce campaigns such as Double date campaign, Payday campaign, and other available campaigns on the managed platforms.
  • Analyze and leverage deep understanding of sales data to identify key growth factors and potential problems, then present the report in the weekly meeting with the Chief Commercial Officers.


Requirements


  • Fresh grads from any major are welcome to apply!
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel/Google sheets
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written
  • You are a self-starter and innovative thinkers
