  • Responsible for providing appropriate and effective solutions in accordance with goals and objectives
  • Responsible as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions
  • Conduct gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions
  • Collaborate with the Application Development team to provide appropriate and complete solutions
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements to business processes
  • Create and execute SIT test plans and test cases
  • Support UAT, training and implementation activities to ensure smooth implementation

  • Work with all project members
  • Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) & sign-off, Business Case Document and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Min. 4 years experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Have an excellent leadership skill
  • Root cause analysis from strategic, business and system perspectives and decision making.
  • Commitment to achieving end results.
  • Oral and written communication
  • Interpersonal skills & negotiation.
  • Open-minded, critical, dynamic and proactive
  • Have a good Project Management
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept
  • Experience in Solution Design
  • Experience in Risk Mitigation related to application development and implementation projects
