Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)/ Quality Control (QC):
- Plan production schedules according to customer needs while optimizing resource use.
- Manage inventory to balance supply and demand, preventing overstock and stockouts.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
- Monitor production processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality assurance.
- Ensure products meet both internal quality standards and regulatory BPOM requirements.
- Document all quality-related activities and maintain quality control records according to BPOM standard.
- Work with production teams to solve quality issues and improve product quality.
- Develop or refine quality control procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in roles involving production planning, inventory control, or quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing.
Familiarity with inventory and production management.
Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards BPOM.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia for communication.
