PT. Arranet Indonesia Sejahtera is a digital payment platform provider company that collaborates with the Bank as the main service provider and markets these services to the wider community through banking agent channels. In the financial inclusion industry, Arranets role is known as the Agent Network Manager (ANM). The Branchless Financial Service Agent Network for Financial Inclusion (Laku Pandai) was launched in 2014 with the mission of accelerating financial inclusion in Indonesia. This network of agents has become an extension of the banks hands to provide financial services to people living in remote areas, who previously had difficulty accessing financial services, as well as channeling social assistance from the government. Compared to building branch offices or ATM facilities, agent networks are believed to be a more cost-effective solution to reach people in remote areas.
Collaborated with Product Development teams to analyze system requirements and plan system development stages.

Developed comprehensive and accurate test plans for system testing, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.

Conducted manual and automated testing, including functional, integration, regression, API, load, and performance testing.

Verified log messaging and reported identified bugs/errors to the Product Development unit for resolution.

Coordinated with Product Development teams to ensure proper resolution and retesting of bugs/errors.

Conducted System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with user.

Provided support during rollout processes and addressed issues as they arose.

Assisted Customer Success teams with live production environment complaints.

Documented testing results and bug reports using Trello.

Prepared technical documentation and conducted feasibility tests.

Conducted daily standups and provided regular status updates on product development progress.
Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Software Quality Assurance in the fintech industry.

Have an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Have an understanding of software testing methods such as manual testing, automation testing, black box testing, and white box testing.

Have knowledge of DevOps.

Have good communication skills.

Having experience in creating automation tests is a plus.

Have an understanding of programming languages, mastering at least 1 programming language for automation testing.

Have good business process analysis skills.
