Department Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationIndonesia - Jakarta

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Upload linehaul booking information on the Fleet Management System Linehaul Booking module as per Sales Kickoff/order
  • Update booking information on the Fleet Management System Linehaul Booking module per window time/slot time
  • Align with Vendor Acquisitions, product, and Ops team regarding Vendor Linehaul Sales Kickoff/order
  • Manage and maintain data, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Responsible for data Linehaul booking data.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years work experience in administrative
  • Knowledge of Logistics preferred, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tight deadlines
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Have good analytical skills, initiative, and keep operations running well
