Assistant SPA Manager for Palau Royal Resort

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management, as a Senior Receptionist, or as a Spa Supervisor, in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Leadership skills with a passion for motivating and developing staff.
  • Relevant qualifications in wellness, spa therapy, or hospitality management are a plus.
  • Previous experience with Mandara Spa will be highly regarded.
