Job Vacancy: Internal Auditor - UBI Logistics

Location: Remote (Jakarta, Indonesia). Occasional in-person meetings required in Jakarta.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

We are looking for a skilled professional in auditing and finance to join our team as an Internal Auditor to ensure compliance with company policies and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Review and analyze operational, financial, and compliance processes within the organization.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to develop improved audit policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in the public accounting firm, logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, tax regulations, and internal control systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (written and verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, giver our operational focus in China.
