Memonitoring jaringan, server, email, dan mengecek masalah jika ada alarm atau kondisi tertentu yang memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk menghindari dampak pada kinerja jaringan itu sendiri.

Berperan menjadi Helpdesk, dimana menerima komplain masuk dari customer yang menegeluhkan atau menanyakan layanan, produk, service dari ISP tersebut, kemudian melakukan follow up, analisa dan pengecekan agat masalah/ pertanyaan customer itu solve.

NOC Juga berperan sebagai engineer, dimana melakukan pengecekan dan onsite ketempat perangkat Server Unit

Menguasai Mikrotik Secara Mendalam dan konsep BGP, OSPF, IP Address, dan routing
