  • Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer and users to produce software design
  • Provides implementation and deployment plan
  • Deploys application to Test, Production & DRC environments
  • Troubleshoots system issues
  • Tunes application
  • Provides implementation report.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Have bachelors degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
  • Have >3 years experience a s .Net, Java, Python Programmer in banking industry is a must
  • Have experiences in implementation of Contact Center applications (e.g. Genesys, Banking Chat(web chat, whatsapp, etc), Web Call Engine (phone number disguise feature), etc.).
  • Have skill on Ms. SQL Server Database, MySQL Database.
  • Have experiences in agile project delivery.
  • Fluent in using Jira.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Teamwork player.
  • Live in Jabodetabek, Indonesia.
