  • Memiliki pengalaman 10 tahun di bidang Marketing di Perusahaan FMCG dan minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Senior Brand Manager di Perusahaan FMCG
  • Memiliki pengalaman pada lebih dari dua brand dan lebih dari satu kategori
  • Mengetahui brand planning dan analisis konsumen
  • Pengetahuan yang mendalam terkait performa brand
  • Memiliki pengalaman pada bidang financial dan P&L management
  • Mahir berbicara dan menulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris
  • Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan mampu berkembang di lingkungan kerja yang serba cepat dan terus berkembang
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Mengelola dan memimpin end to end marketing mix dan brand strategy
  • Membuat dan mengatur marketing mix untuk NPD, Packaging, Pricing and Promosi
  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan key stakeholder, baik internal maupun eksternal seperti NPD, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail channels, service provider, dan agensi
  • Mendorong adanya pertumbuhan bisnis dan brand equity melalui inovasi menarik dan project NPD
  • Mengatur budget untuk ATL dan BTL
  • Mengembangkan strategi digital marketing
  • Melakukan riset pasar untuk memahami persepsi dan perilaku konsumen
