  • Gelar Sarjana di bidang Pemasaran, Administrasi Bisnis, atau jurusan terkait lainnya.
  • Minimal 10 tahun pengalaman di bidang pemasaran di perusahaan FMCG.
  • Setidaknya 4 tahun pengalaman sebagai Senior Brand Manager di perusahaan FMCG.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pengembangan dan peluncuran produk, dengan pengetahuan yang kuat tentang semua saluran penjualan.
  • Kemampuan tinggi dalam strategi pemasaran, pengembangan produk, riset pasar, komunikasi, serta aktivitas ATL/BTL.
  • Berorientasi pada hasil, mampu bekerja dalam tim/proyek dengan kepribadian yang baik, serta memiliki kemauan untuk mempelajari tren baru.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Berpengalaman dalam project NPL (New Product Launch) dan mengelola project pengembangan produk baru.
  • Memimpin brand management dalam membuat portofolio produk baru, mencakup consumer insights, strategi pemasaran, pengembangan 4P, riset pasar, launch produk, forecasting, komunikasi, branding, dan promosi.
  • Bekerja secara lintas fungsi dengan R&D, Sales, PPIC, Production, dan mitra eksternal.
  • Sebagai pemimpin proyek dalam tim proyek, perusahaan, dan agensi eksternal untuk menyiapkan rencana peluncuran serta evaluasi pasca-peluncuran.
  • Mengembangkan dan support implementasi rencana tahunan.
