Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Create graphic designs for marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, digital content, and advertisements.
- Measure the ROI (Return on Investment) of every campaign and promotion executed.
- Analyze sales data and promotion costs to evaluate the impact of marketing strategies on margins.
- Calculate the cost impact of each promotion on the companys margin.
- Monitor market trends and competitors activities in the retail industry, such as FMCG or building materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications.
- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, especially in the retail industry such as FMCG or building materials.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Familiar with ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Capable of calculating and analyzing Marketing ROI.
- Creative skills in producing engaging content and promotions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Accustomed to working with tight targets and deadlines.
- Adaptive to changes in digital trends and marketing technology.
