Job Description:
Take part in growing a business unit holistically
Lead the execution of strategic projects and oversee business performance and profitability of multiple project initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders
Identify and analyze business problems to develop solutions and growth plan
Provide critical thinking and problem-solving support for complex initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering and/or business management from a top university
Has a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in business strategy/project management role
Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Powerpoint
Independent contributor with a can-do attitude and self driven
Able to multitasking, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail-oriented
