Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative in the stock market industry, you will be :

  • Responsible for providing clear and accurate information to clients
  • Assisting them with stock transactions
  • Answering queries related to investment products
  • Handling complaints in a professional and
  • Efficient manner.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and delivering the best possible service experience.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor degree (S1) in any major, max age 35 years
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in same position, preferable as Customer Service in banking industry with good understanding of banking or stock exchange products and operations
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with MS office
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts or weekends, in accordance with stock market hours.
  • Placement: South Jakarta
