Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields.
- Experienced in Finance or Accounting roles.
- Familiar with ESB system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Placement in Cideng, Central Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in entering financial transactions into accounting software and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock opname.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, including filing and organizing financial documents.
