Position Summary:
Cohesive is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with a proactive approach to join our team in Jakarta. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and promoting our suite of digital twin solutions especially enterprise asset management. This position requires extensive traveling and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our companys success in the field of EAM, engineering solutions, or engineering consultancy.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the territory through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of enterprise asset management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably with at least five years of experience in successful deals in ERP, CMMS/EAM, engineering solutions or control systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness and availability for frequent travel as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
