Job Description:
- Membantu mengedukasi customer dan mitra dalam menggunakan produk perusahaan
- Melayani pertanyaan, komplain dari customer dan mitra perusahaan
- Memonitor berbagai chanel komunikasi perusahaan termasuk call center, social media, website, dan meresponnya dengan segera
- Mengumpulkan feedback dari customer dan mitra, mengamati permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh customer dan mitra
- Melakukan tugas-tugas administratif terkait dengan akun para mitra
Kualifikasi:
- Min S1 PSIKOLOGI
- Skill komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan memiliki artikulasi jelas
- Berpengalaman di bidang customer service (diutamakan)
- Berpengalaman di bidang sales
- Memiliki rasa empati
- Vaksinasi minimal sudah Dosis 2
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan komunikasi pasif minimal
