Job Purposes
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap penjualan target APE/GWP Bancassurance Product, Fee Based Income, dan proses penjualan di Branch Network, SME Re-Entry, EB, dll
  • Bekerjasama dan berkolaborasi dengan internal Danamon dan strategic partner, khususnya Manulife dan Adira Insurance

Responsibilities

1. Mencapai target financial dan fee based income Bancassurance SME dan Conumer
2. Memastikan strategi distribusi diimplementasikan sesuai dengan objektivitas bisnis, efektif efisien, dan menjalankan bisnis sesuai dengan indikator yang telah ditetapkan
3. Berkoordinasi dengan partner asuranci untuk memenuhi kapasitas FS Manulife/IS Adira untuk dapat mendukung bisnis di cabang, serta memastikan tim cabang sudah mengikuti sertifikasi untuk penjualan produk Bancassurance
4. Memastikan penjualan produk Bancassurance dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku

5. Menjadi PiC project di regional/produk, seperti:

  • PiC atas semua hal yang berhubungan dengan produk unit link
  • PiC untuk memberikan rekomendasi terhadap program yang sedang berlangsung

  • Soft Competency: Leadership dan Managerial Skill
  • Teknikal kompetensi: Selling Skill, Presentation Skill, Relationship Building, Microsoft Officer
