Human Capital Generalist

PT IMPACT ENVIRO INDUSTRI, part of our sister company group, is actively seeking a qualified HC Staff to join our team in West Jakarta!We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, employee development, and fostering a positive work environment. If you have a background in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law, and are ready to take on the following responsibilities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:1. Carry out recruitment and selection procedures to attract qualified candidates who meet the companys requirements.2. Create, develop, and execute employee development programs aimed at improving skills and productivity.3. Oversee payroll systems, benefits, and employee compensation with accuracy and punctuality.4. Track, evaluate, and assess employee performance to guarantee the attainment of work goals.5. Cultivate and sustain positive relationships between employees and management to foster a supportive work atmosphere.6. Organize and manage employee information while maintaining confidentiality in line with company policies.

Requirements:1. Minimum education: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law.2. Holds a certification in Occupational Safety and Health.3. Experienced in the vehicle body manufacturing industry or similar fields.4. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.6. Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written.7. Willing to be assigned to West Jakarta.

Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months
