Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients: schools, institutions, and corporate partners, to drive sales growth.
• Manage the entire B2B sales process, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Min. 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with decision-makers.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
