Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives.
  • Design and execute KPI frameworks to track and improve team performance.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Drive talent development, including training programs and career path planning.
  • Lead performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • At least S1, majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience with KPI methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
