VNG Games is seeking a Product Management Lead for our Game Operations Team in the Indonesia market. This role goes beyond deep knowledge of the gaming industry—As a key player, you will manage product lifecycles, oversee operations, and ensure smooth execution while leading and mentoring a team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Product Management:
  • Own product business outcomes and optimize revenue.
  • Plan product positioning, release strategies, and market entry.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop distribution and operational strategies.
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure operational quality.
2. IP Portfolio Management:
  • Analyze products and key metrics to guide informed selection decisions and select games aligned with the studios strategy and capabilities.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, operations, budgets, and cash flow.
  • Set objectives and KPIs to drive product success.
3. Team Management:
  • Build task management frameworks and delegate effectively.
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure high performance.
