About the Role: DentistFind is seeking an Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring operational stability and excellence. This leader will take over daily management tasks from the CEO, allowing strategic focus on growth initiatives. The OM will be responsible for documenting processes, maintaining accountability, and fostering a company-wide cultural integration. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations to ensure stability and high standards.
- Develop and document processes to create a resilient operational system.
- Anticipate potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Lead cultural integration, ensuring all team members understand and embody company values.
- Facilitate communication of the CEOs vision and philosophy across the organization.
- Build process systems for sales and marketing in collaboration with the CEO.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in process documentation and systems creation.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on cultural integration.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
Additional Information:
Set up: Full-time, Remote.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7.5 working hours between 6am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
