Responsibilities

  • Leading and performing AML-CTF transaction monitoring reviews, investigations, and reports
  • Overseeing Quality Assurance on transaction monitoring processes within the company
  • Providing leadership and guidance on the best approach to analyzing complex - Financial Crime business issues, from determining initial risks and issues through to implementation
  • Management and quality control of functional work streams in a wide range of project especially in AML-CTF and Transaction Monitoring
  • Providing advice on regulatory compliance in general

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, and particularly AML monitoring systems, with a strong emphasis on the crypto industry
  • Solid knowledge of DTTOT, WMD, OFAC and other Sanctions list
  • Team player, collaborative, and adaptive in all dealings with business leaders, other managers, and staff
  • Strong understanding of AML Scenario logic and industry standards
  • At least 7 years of direct experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Assessment or Quality Assurance in Financial Services, Banking or crypto environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rp50,000,000 per month
