  • Melaksanakan end-to-end recruitment process sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan
  • Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi rekrutmen yang efektif.
  • Mencari dan mengidentifikasi kandidat potensial melalui berbagai saluran, termasuk job portal, media sosial, dan jaringan profesional.
  • Mengelola dan memelihara database kandidat yang potensial untuk kebutuhan rekrutmen.
  • Memantau dan menganalisis tren pasar kerja untuk memperbaiki strategi rekrutmen.
  • Menjembatani kerja sama perusahaan dengan instansi pendidikan, perusahaan, dan lembaga karir dalam mencari kandidat potensial.

Job Requirement

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi
  • Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun sebagai Talent Acquisition/Recruiter
  • Pemahaman mendalam tentang teknik sourcing kandidat & recruitment tools
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, baik lisan maupun tulisan
  • Team player & detail oriented
  • Interpersonal skill yang baik dan mampu membangun hubungan profesional yang kuat
  • Excellence negotiation skill
  • Mampu bekerja menggunakan Ms. Office, Spreadsheet, Google Workspace, dan Canva
  • Memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah atau problem solving yang efektif.
