Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue sales-related documents (e-katalog, price proposal, Sales order etc)
  • Conduct the order confirmation Process before issuing the sales order
  • Assist in the document preparation of tender, sales report, and other financial documents
  • Create sales administration documents to support the Sales Executive
  • Document filling

Qualification:

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor degree in Office Administration/Management/other relevant major
  • Minimum a year experience in sales administration or banking industry
  • Have administration experience in banking as frontliner will be a plus and prioritized
  • Have good sensing and accuracy in administration
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as other application/software
  • Able to work fast and precisely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
