Persyaratan :

  • S1 Hukum / Psikologi dari Universitas ternama.
  • Usia max. 27th
  • Pengalaman menjadi HR & Legal minimal 2 tahun (membuat surat perjanjian kerja, SOP, kontrak karyawan, dll)
  • Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
  • Dapat bekerja secara team maupun individu
  • Mempunyai wibawa dan mampu bekerja sama dengan baik.
  • Jujur, Sopan, Kerja Keras, Tegas, Bertanggung jawab, Inisiatif tinggi, Loyalitas dan sanggup bekerja dalam tekanan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Membuat surat perjanjian kerja untuk karyawan tetap dan kontrak.
  • Mengrekrut karyawan baru yang kompeten dan sesuai dengan visi misi perusahaan.
  • Memastikan seluruh karyawan mampu mengikuti SOP dengan tepat.
  • Menguasai/mengetahui Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan mampu mengimplementasikannya
