Responsible for creating and improving procedures such as manuals and work instructions to improve operational efficiency. Identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, fostering strong communication across the organization, and ensuring the team adopts new processes through training. Also promotes continuous improvement, socializes procedures across the Head Office and Operational Sites, and ensures company standards are consistently applied.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, Legal, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-6 years experience in business process analysis, project management, system & procedure review, and policy review. Experience in mining industry is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge in designing corporate policies, procedure, company business process, company internal control, quality management system.
  • Strong logical and conceptual thinking, strategic and analytical thinking, detail oriented and well organized.
  • Intermediate skills MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiar with application or monitoring system such as Ms Visio and Business Process Model is a plus.
  • Willing to travel business to all regions and areas (site and field).
  • Location : Head Office Jakarta.
