Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan (diutamakan IT/Manajemen Informatika).
  • IPK minimal 3.00.
  • Pengalaman kerja sebagai Sales, diutamakan di bidang ICT/Telekomunikasi.
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
  • Berpenampilan menarik (good looking).
  • Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris aktif (penguasaan Bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Berpengalaman dalam penjualan produk atau layanan IT lebih diutamakan.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
  • Berorientasi pada target, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, serta memiliki keterampilan problem-solving yang baik.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Melakukan kegiatan penjualən untuk pencapaian target yang ditentukan Perusahaan mulai dari lead prospect, approach, propose, negotiate sampai deal
  • Melakukan aktivitas penjualan terutama menjalin kerjasama dengan pelanggan Korporat dan maintain hubungan dengan pelanggan;
  • Melakukan pengelolaan administratif pen]ualan khusus Korporat, termasuk kontrak penjualan yang di input dan monitor melalui sistem penjualan
  • Melakukan kegiatan sales sesuai sales target dan straţegi meliputi:
  • Identifikasi calon pelanggan potensial, kebutuhan calon pelanggan dan survey calon pelanggan prospektif;
  • Melakukan rencana kerja penjualan;
  • Penawaran produk negosiasi sampai dengan cosing/dealing;
  • Bersama dengan fungsi Legal & Relation mclakukan Penyusunan kontrak penjualan;
  • Penyusunan laporan penjualan
  • Membina relasi dengan caion pelanggan dan pelanggan existing terkait proses penjualan
