Qualifications

This positions is only for Indonesian

  • 2 years experience in the same positions on luxurious hotel.
  • Preferably to have Law education background.
  • Knowledgeable of Industrial relations.
  • Highly interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all employee-related.
  • A team player, invested in the bigger picture and passionate in being part of a highly performing team.
  • Self-motivated, professional, with a strong communication skill.
  • Strong administration skills (well-versed with excel & sunfish attendance will be advantages).
