Presales Engineer

• Supports the presales process
• Support Sales team for answering RFI, RFP and BOM
• Work closely with internal product team
• PoC
• Work closely with the Sales team in articulating solutions to customer
• Work closely with the Delivery team in providing pre-project scope of work, to size for professional services
• Gather the Business and technical requirement and develop cost effective solution for the customer
• Develop proposal documentation, pricing, and statements of work for customers
• Learn other digital technologies, from a high level, that may enhance the customers experience
• Obtain and maintain certifications for the different product lines available

• Minimum Qualifications: Understanding of technology of TCP/IP concept, Routing switching
• High-level communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
• Ability to work in team
• Positive in learning and self discipline
