Searching for an English-speaking Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should take initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
You will assist our Business Development Manager in preparing for meetings and working on specific projects for Singapore and Indonesia.
You should be based in Jakarta.
Working location: 65% on-site, 35% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as answering calls, emails, and mail
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Weekly reports of meetings and calls
- Assist with projects e.g. specifications, costing
- Arrange accommodation and transportation
- Translation between English and Indonesian during meetings and drafted correspondence (such as emails and letters)
- Run errands and other ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
- Able to travel around Indonesia for work.
- Responsive Communication.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Car license is an advantage.
- Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting, ideally with 2 years of admin/customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Calendars.
Please note that we are in the food manufacturing industry. You should be comfortable entering meat processing facilities with raw meat.
