Responsibilities

HR Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage the HR operations, including employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate benefits administration, and attendance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and industry standards.

Performance and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support performance management processes, including appraisals and improvement plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes.

Support and Collaboration:

  • Partner with department managers to ensure HR operations meet the needs of various teams.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Provide to support hiring or recruitment needed in Outlet Area.

Requirements
