Job description:

1. Responding to customer inquiries regarding Australian tax procedures (both call and live chat)2. Providing guidance and assistance to customers in navigating Australian tax regulations.3. Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues related to taxation promptly and effectively.4. Collaborating with the tax department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service while dealing with customer inquiries.

Qualification:

1. Bachelors degree in any field, with a preference for those related to finance or tax.2. Strong understanding of Australian tax regulations and procedures.3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.4. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.5. Possession of a valid English language proficiency certificate, such as IELTS with a score between 5.5 - 6.5, or an equivalent certificate.6. Customer service experience is preferred.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
