Responsibility l Memberikan pelayanan terhadap transaksi perbankan nasabah / calon nasabah sesuai dengan jam pelayanan yang berlaku. l Berpenampilan sesuai dengan standard penampilan yang ditentukan dalam Pedoman Layanan Bank Mega ketika berinteraksi dengan nasabah / calon nasabah. l Melakukan cross selling. l Menerima dan melaksanakan instruksi transaksi dalam mata uang IDR dan Valuta Asing yang diberikan nasabah di counter teller maupun di luar counter teller cabang dalam kaitan layanan pick-up service. l Melakukan population check dan balancing pada akhir hari dengan cara mencocokan form instruksi dari nasabah dengan laporan dari sistem yang menunjukkan bahwa semua instruksi tersebut telah dilaksanakan dengan benar. l Menerapkan proses penanganan terhadap keluhan, pertanyaan dari nasabah / calon nasabah sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur Complain Handling Management yang berlaku.
