Job Description and Responsibility Job Responsibilities:
  • Menyusun berbagai dokumen pelatihan dari pengajuan, pelaksanaan, sampai dengan pertanggungjawaban sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku
  • Melakukan pengelolaan data pelatihan terutama dari budget pelatihan, daftar hadir peserta, dan evaluasi pelatihan
  • Mengoordinir pendaftaran pelatihan dan organisir fasilitas penunjang pelatihan (ruangan, konsumsi, dll) sesuai dengan SLA yang berlaku
  • Melakukan pembukuan uang masuk dan keluar Kas Departemen Learning & Development, untuk memastikan akurasi arus keuangan pelatihan
  • Membantu proses perancangan dashboard pelatihan, dan melakukan maintenance data secara berkala secara aktual
  • Melakukan pengarsipan dari dokumentasi pelatihan secara efektif dan efisien
Job Requirement:
  • Minimal 2 Tahun Pengalaman kerja mengurus data ataupun administrasi
  • Skill Microsoft Excel Intermediate (Vlookup, Pivot, Fungsi If, Conditional Formatting)
  • Teliti dan detil
  • Kemauan yang tinggi untuk terus belajar
  • Berpikir Analitis
  • Inisiatif Tinggi dan Proaktif dalam memenuhi target administrasi
