Menjaga dan menangani keluhan dari relasi ataupun tim internal GPOS dan tim Cabang AAM, kemudian bisa menyelesaikan dengan cepat, terpantau, dan tepat sasaran

Bertugas untuk menjaga Inbound chat, Inbound mail, dan Inbound call yang masuk dan mampu mengidentifikasi pertanyaan yang masuk melalu alat kerja tersebut.

Melakukan proses identifikasi pertanyaan yang masuk melalui inbound chat lalu mengeskalasikan ke Technical Support jika ditemukan ada complaint pada product GPOS

Mengumpulkan dan memvalidasi database customer

Menjaga kualitas relasi GPOS melalui edukasi product GPOS dengan cara penyelesaian pada inbound chat dan atau remote helpdesk (teamviewer & google meet)

Menjalankan task yang di assign oleh relasi, tim internal, maupun tim cabang AAM yang disampaikan melalui inbound chat
Pendidikan minimal SMA/D3/S1 dari semua jurusan

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Customer Service

Berorientasi pada pelanggan (customer-oriented) dan mampu untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan baik

Memiliki kecepatan kerja yang cepat dan responsif

Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan menyukai bidang pelayanan

Bersedia kerja shifting hari dan jam, WFO full di Cipondoh.
