Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree - Psychology , with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Able to speak English (able to answer questions in English) i a mandatory
  • Open for fresh graduate with skills to communicate with empathy, volunteer in social/humanitarian activity would be an advantage.
  • Excited with Customer Service role, working with target and in a fast-pace environment
  • Fast & Accurate Typing skills ( min 50 wmp/90% accuracy) and attention to details are very important.
  • Willing to work in the shifting schedule
  • Experience in the customer service area (Preferred)
  • Sense Of Empathy, able to set a friendly tone (Smiling Voice)
  • Good analytical skill
  • Fast response, effective and efficient in working
  • Able to work within a dynamic environment
  • Vaccinated min 2 Dose

Job Description:
- Customer Service to join with the Incident Response (IR) Team, specifically to support in staying ahead of any risk that might occur during the incident
- keep the team up-to-date with data and information from the front lines to help gauge impact and visibility, in ensuring the right responders are involved, escalation processes are adhered to, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,300,000 per month
