Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Being able to speak French is a plus (+).

Job Description:

As an accounting staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Recording financial transactions in the general ledger
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinating and communicating with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of financial information
  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Responding to inquiries from management, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding financial performance and transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp3,500,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month

Education:

  • D1-D4 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • French (Preferred)
