Job Description:

  • Prepare attendance reports (Attendance Record).
  • Record and report the following:

a. Employee leave usage and remaining leave each month.b. Employee time off (for employees not entitled to leave).c. Employee absenteeism due to illness.

  • Address and handle employee complaints and issues.
  • File incoming and rejected job application letters.
  • Update employee biodata.
  • Input employee overtime reports.
  • Monitor employee participation in BPJS Employment (Indonesian Social Security for Employment).
  • Update employee contract extensions.
  • Prepare payroll at the end of each month.
  • Perform other tasks as needed and directed by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR preferably in the retail or garment industry.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong administration skill.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
