  • Menerima dan memberikan solusi terhadap keluhan data dan setting aplikasi dari IT Support, unit dan store
  • Membuat rekap pekerjaan terkait dengan tanggung jawab terhadap system dan aplikasi yang sedang dalam perbaikan atau perubahan
  • Melakukan kolaborasi dengan product owner dalam melakukan perubahan maupun pembuatan aplikasi baru
  • Melakukan dan memastikan deployment di sisi client di toko-tokonya dan melaporkan hasil deployment kepada manager (sukses atau bermasalah) sesuai jadwal dan kriteria yang dimintakan (khusus untuk masalah aplikasi, OS, DB, atau security deployment)
  • Memastikan data akurat dan benar khusus yang berhubungan dengan pihak ketiga
  • Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 3.00 diutamakan jurusan Komputer Akuntansi, Sistem Informasi yang paham Akuntansi
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sistem Informatika
  • Mampu berpikir analitis dan sistematis
  • Dapat menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara aktif, komunikatif
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang hardware, software, infrastruktur, database engine, dan system ERP dengan baik, dan memiliki pengetahuan design system dengan UML.
  • Memiliki sertifikat Vaksin Covid Booster
