Brand Manager (Elemis & Bon Parfumeur)

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations and build brands credibility.

• Developing brand strategy, including setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long-term goals
• Planning and executing all communications and media actions across all channels, including online and social media
• Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as developing new business opportunities
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Managing budget for advertising and promotional items
• Conducting competitor and customer insights analysis
• Analysing of sales forecasts, relevant financials data, and reporting on product sales

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business/Management
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in managing overall branding strategies
• Experience in skincare industry is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A good understanding of trends and the ability to respond to customer needs
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop effective campaigns
• Creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in and a good understanding of market research
