- Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula.
- Lead and develop the Research and Development team.
- Carry out any additional assignments as directed by Research and Development Management.
- Ensure stability and efficacy according to project requirements.
- Issue product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout each products development.
- Verify formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab-scale up.
- Responsible for the formulation process, trial, and validation.
- Responsible for the results of laboratory-scale testing and product development scale.
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 Years in Fragrance Industry, Beauty & Cosmetic.
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences and regulatory requirements in the fragrances industry.
- Strong leadership with interpersonal skills.
- Innovative, self-motivated, with good communication skills and strong analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure.
- Having knowledge about formulation, trial, small/ large production process.
- Understand Halal certification.
