Job Deskripsi

Contacting leads by phone to offering products.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.

Maintain and update sales and client records.

Develop monthly sales reports.

Communicate important feedback from clients internally.

Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviation

Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
