Department Operations LevelEntry Level LocationIndonesia - Jakarta

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Handling report for penalty points from system (Data BI) & non-system sources (courier Rating, Worst of Worst regional, CS tiket, & report ops)
  • Doing calculation on penalty points that need to be given for each offense
  • Compile & process report for penalty points from non-system sources (courier Rating, Worst of Worst regional, CS tiket, & report ops)
  • Doing judgment for each appeal requests
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from all Major
  • Have an experience as a admin 1 year (In logistic industry is a plus point)
  • Fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong using Ms.Excel and Gsheets
  • Good communication and problem solving
  • Willing to placemet at Sunter, North Jakarta
