Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:

  • Manage and maintain company computer systems, including hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees.
  • Maintain and update IT infrastructure documentation.

Purchasing:

  • Manage the procurement process for all company purchases, including office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases.
  • Monitor and control purchasing costs.
  • Research and evaluate new suppliers and products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a related IT role.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
