JOB PURPOSE

• Manage project timeline to ensure that all activities related Building and Infrastructure / improvement projects can achieve the launching target date time with the desired safety and quality requirements as well as Bayer corporate standards.

• Responsible for execution of periodic maintenance as well as corrective maintenance of all site infrastructure (buildings, roads, parks, doors, windows, etc.) located on site in accordance with agreed schedule and meet quality standards

  
  

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, scheduling, implementation, monitoring and documentation of all project Building and Infrastructure activities (single/basic budget) up to the handover process to Technical System users in accordance with Bayer regulations (Corporate Directive, Bayer Group Standard, Best Practice and Technical Standards).

• Manage Building and Infrastructure project achievements through setting schedules and budgets (capex budget spending), including Forecasting, for all Single/Basic Budget projects that are under the responsibility of Site Engineering and reporting this through Project Steering Committee meetings

• Accountable for safety, security, quality, schedule and budget for all project of building infrastructure activities as well as providing alternative solutions if discrepancies occur

• Have the latest knowledge related to the project and apply it in project activities in accordance with Bayer regulations (Corporate Directive, Bayer Group Standard, and Technical Standards)

• Lead the collaboration with all Site Engineering Project team members throughout all project phases up to commissioning and qualification activities

• Ensure that regular maintenance and repairs to all building/infrastructure at the site run according to schedule and meet quality standards, both carried out internally and carried out with vendors/3rd parties

• Ensure site as build drawings and room book data are available and updated

• Ensure the fulfillment of GEP standards, GMP regulations, Safety and Compliance (operational license according to government regulations) for buildings, and infrastructure

• Responsible for operational and maintenance fire fighting system

  
  

WHO YOU ARE

• Education

At least S1 graduated (electrical / mechanical / civil engineering)

• Relevant experiences

Have work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry for at least 5 years

Have experience being part of a project organization for at least 4 years

Have experience as responsible for building infrastructure maintenance for at least 3 years

• Main competencies for the job

Have a good leadership and communication skills

Able to work under pressure

• Communication

Understand and able to speak and write in English
