Strategi dan Perencanaan

  • Merencanakan dan pembuatan SOP/WI/Juknis/Memo setiap proses/program di CCnR sesuai dengan ketentuan internal CIMB Niaga dan Regulasi BI/ OJK..
  • Merencanakan dan melakukan review dan update SOP/ WI/ Juknis/ Memo ketentuan/ prosedur/ program yang berlaku sesuai dengan ketentuan internal CIMB Niaga dan Regulasi BI/ OJK.
  • Perencanaan dan stategi review pengajuan perbaikan sistem/new sistem proses terkait efektifitas & efisiensi proses di CCnR.
  • Mengelola dan register dokumentasi SOP/IO/Juknis/Memo ketentuan/prosedur/program yang berlaku baik internal dan external.
  • Merencanakan perbaikan proses mengacu pada kondisi lapangan sesuai dengan regulasi internal dan eksternal.
  • Merencanakan project/improvement proses di CCnR
  • Memimpin diskusi atas review kebijakan dan prosedur yang akan diajukan atau di update
Berkoordinasi dengan sub direktorat risk, legal dan compliance terkait dengan ketentuan dan regulasi.

    Kinerja Bisnis dan Manajemen

    • Melakukan sosialisasi SOP/WI/Juknis/Memo terkait ketentuan/prosedur/program/sistem yang berlaku (perubahan proses & proses baru).
    • Melakukan sosialisasi terkait perbaikan atau new sistem proses.
    • Melakukan koordinasi dengan unit terkait baik internal maupun eksternal dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab.
    • Membuat, review, update dan sosialisasi script komunikasi dan notifikasi Email/WA/SMS.
    • Memberikan support terhadap seluruh kegiatan operasional collection dan Recovery terutama terkait ketentuan/prosedur/proses.
    • Memastikan proses administrasi dan dokumentasi
    • Mengembangkan dan memelihara database/aplikasi penyimpanan kebijakan dan prosedur (Consumer SOP library Tool)
    Berkoordinasi dan menyiapkan kebijakan dan prosedur/juknis yang diminta/dibutuhkan oleh audit (Internal/External Audit, OJK/BI Audit, Group Audit)

      Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

      Melakukan pengelolaan dan pengembangan karyawan dalam upaya menjaga dan memastikan performa dan perkembangannya.

      Kepatuhan terhadap Peraturan

      Memastikan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan tugas sesuai dengan kebijakan, prosedur dan regulasi yang berlaku.


      • Bachelor degree
      • At least 3 years working experience
      • Banking experience is a plus
      • English skills in writing
      • Good problem solving attitude, self-motivated, fast learner
